Best of Both Worlds: Fudgey + Cakey Brownie Recipe Unknown/ 0 Comments Craving that perfect combination of a cake-y and fudge-y brownie? Well crave no more! This recipe will give you just that! Ingredients > 150g off unsalted butter > 200g semi-sweet chocolate (or bitter-sweet which ever you prefer) > 3 large eggs > 1 cup white sugar > 3/4 cup all purpose flour > 1/3 cup cocoa powder > Pinch of salt 1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. 2. Melt chocolate and Butter in a bowl. You can use whatever method you prefer but I like to just pop them in the microwave. (Trust me, it works!) 3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs. 5. Allow the chocolate to cool then add it into the egg mixture. 6. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, flour and salt. 7. Sift the cocoa powder into the mixture. 8. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. DONT OVER MIX! 10. Line a baking pan (about 8 x 11 inches) with parchment paper and grease the sides with butter. 11. Plop in your yummy brownie mixture. 12. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crumbs cling to a toothpick when you poke the center of the brownie. Cool before devouring ^ ^ TIPS! ~Choose chocolate that you would actually enjoy eating on its own :3 ~Beat those eggs! This make the 'crust' of the brownie good and well, crust-y. ~If you want it to be more fudge-y under-bake the brownies!
